1. I/We hereby consent that, and authorise LIVE IN BETTER HOMES always to:

1. contact, request and obtain information from any credit provider (or potential credit provider) or registered credit bureau relevant to an assessment of the behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness of the tenant; 
2. furnish information concerning the behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness of the tenant to any registered credit bureau or to any credit provider (or potential credit provider) seeking a trade reference regarding the tenant’s dealings with the landlord. 

1. Furthermore, I/we hereby declare that the details furnished herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. 
2. All the provisions of this application shall be severable, and no provisions shall be affected by the invalidity of any other provision. 
3. If the signatory accepts this agreement in a representative capacity, then such person warrants that he or she is duly authorised thereto. 
4. The signatories to this application verify that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound to the terms and conditions contained in it, and declare that the information given herein is true and correct. 

The debtor agrees to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court in terms of Section 45 of the Magistrates Court Act 32 of 1944 for the recovery of any amount due in terms hereof or any action resulting hereof.

In terms of some Body Corporate Rules and Regulations, there are certain limitations regarding pets. I/we hereby acknowledge that the agent has informed me of any applicable restrictions and I/we will abide by the Body Corporate Rules and Regulations pertaining to pets. 

The tenant states below in his/her own handwriting that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that this agreement has been signed freely and voluntarily.
